Trips Overview
Your trip list is mission control for every flight you're planning, flying, or have flown. Filter, sort, and jump into any trip in one click.
Overview
The Trips page is where all your travel lives. Every trip you create manually, every booking MileIntel detects from Gmail, and every multi-city itinerary you build — they all show up here in a single, scannable list. You can filter by status, sort by date, and click into any trip to see the full picture.
The Trip List
Your trips appear as cards in the left sidebar, each showing the route (e.g., JFK to NRT), dates, cabin class, and current lifecycle stage. Active trips float to the top by default, but you can change how the list sorts.
Filtering options:- Status — Show only trips that are Searching, Booked, In Flight, Completed, Delayed, or Cancelled
- Date range — Narrow to upcoming trips, past trips, or a specific window
- Cabin class — Filter by Economy, Premium Economy, Business, or First
- Departure date (soonest first or farthest out)
- Date created
- Route name
How Trips Organize Your Travel
Each trip is a container. Inside it, you attach flights, documents, seat assignments, loyalty program details, and AI-generated insights. MileIntel links everything together so you never have to cross-reference confirmation emails with airline apps again.
Trips also drive the Travel Command Center. When your departure window opens, TCC activates automatically using the flight data from your trip.
