By accessing or using MileIntel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MileIntel is a loyalty asset management platform that helps users track, optimize, and manage airline loyalty programs, travel bookings, and upgrade opportunities. The Service includes flight search, price monitoring, AI-powered insights, and loyalty wallet management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Subscription and Billing

MileIntel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail and Calendar), airline APIs, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service. MileIntel is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MileIntel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MileIntel does not guarantee the accuracy of flight data, pricing information, or upgrade predictions. Travel decisions should be verified independently with airlines and booking providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

MileIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost bookings, or missed travel opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
