What happens after my 14-day free trial?
If you don't upgrade to a paid plan, you'll automatically be moved to our Free plan. You won't lose any data, but some features will be limited. You can upgrade anytime.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How does Gmail sync work?
With Pro or Elite plans, MileIntel securely connects to your Gmail using OAuth (we never see your password). We scan for booking confirmations and loyalty program emails to automatically update your trips and wallet.
What loyalty programs do you support?
We support all major airline programs (United, Delta, American, Southwest, etc.), hotel programs (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG), and credit card rewards (Amex MR, Chase UR, Citi TYP). Alliance partners are also tracked.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use OAuth for Gmail/Calendar connections (we never store passwords), encrypt all sensitive data at rest, and are working toward SOC 2 compliance. Your data is never sold or shared.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
