Create Your Account
Sign up for MileIntel in under 30 seconds using your Google account. No credit card required.
Overview
MileIntel uses Google OAuth for sign-up and login. No passwords to remember, no email verification hoops. You click one button, authorize with Google, and you're in. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds.
Steps
- Go to mileintel.com and click Get Started or Sign In.
- A Google sign-in prompt appears. Choose the Google account you want to use — ideally the one that receives your booking confirmation emails.
- Review the permissions. MileIntel requests your email address and basic profile info (name and profile photo). That's it.
- Click Allow. You're signed in and dropped into the Dashboard.
Key Details
- No credit card required. You start on the free Traveler tier automatically.
- Permissions are minimal. MileIntel only asks for your email and profile. Gmail and Calendar access are separate, optional integrations you enable later.
- One account per Google email. If you sign in with a different Google account, that creates a separate MileIntel account.
- Works on mobile. The same Google OAuth flow works in your phone's browser. For the best mobile experience, add MileIntel to your home screen after signing in (it's a PWA).
Tips
- Use the Google account that gets your airline booking confirmations. When you connect Gmail later, it'll find your trips automatically.
- If you have a Google Workspace (company) account and a personal Gmail, pick whichever receives more travel emails.
