MileIntel has four tiers. Every account starts on the free Traveler plan — no credit card, no trial expiration. Upgrade when you need more programs, smarter search, or AI-powered features. Downgrade or cancel anytime.

• Everything in Navigator, plus:

• Upgrade monitor (watches for cabin availability)
• Delay predictions and disruption handling
• Transfer partner analysis

Best for: frequent flyers and business travelers who want MileIntel working for them around the clock.

Black — $49/month

• Unlimited loyalty programs
• Everything in Executive, plus:
• API access for custom integrations
• Priority support
• Early access to new features
• Advanced credit card strategy tools

Best for: road warriors, points maximizers, and anyone who treats loyalty programs as a serious game.

Annual Discounts

Pay annually and save on every tier:

• Navigator: $99/year (save $45)
• Executive: $199/year (save $89)
• Black: $399/year (save $189)

How to Upgrade

1. Go to Settings from the sidebar.
2. Open the Plan & Billing tab.
3. Select the plan you want and choose monthly or annual billing.
4. Enter your payment details via Stripe's secure checkout.
5. Your new features activate immediately.

Key Details

• No contracts. Monthly plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
• Prorated upgrades. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the difference for the remaining days.
• Downgrade anytime. Switch to a lower tier and the change takes effect at your next billing date. You won't lose data — but features beyond your new plan's limits become read-only.
• Free tier never expires. Traveler is free forever, not a time-limited trial.

Tips

1. Start free, add your most-used loyalty program, and create a trip. If you find yourself wanting price alerts or a second program, Navigator is the natural next step.
2. If you travel for work more than twice a month, Executive pays for itself fast — the upgrade monitor alone can save hundreds on a single flight.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Payment failed during checkout. Fix: Double-check your card details. MileIntel uses Stripe for payments — if your bank blocks the charge, you may need to approve it through your banking app first.Issue: Features didn't unlock after upgrading. Fix: Try refreshing the page. If features still show as locked, sign out and sign back in. Your plan status syncs on login.
