The Travel Command Center (TCC) is MileIntel's real-time companion for travel day. It activates automatically when your check-in window opens and stays with you through landing. Instead of switching between airline apps, lounge finders, and restaurant guides, TCC puts everything in one place — tuned to your specific gate, status, and preferences.

What TCC Does

Flight status — Live departure and arrival times, delay tracking, gate assignments, and real-time flight position on a map.Terminal navigation — Gate-to-gate walking directions rendered on a MapLibre terminal map with POI markers. Know exactly how to get from Gate B12 to the Centurion Lounge.Lounge access — Recommendations filtered by your airline ticket, elite status, credit cards, and alliance membership. No guessing about whether you qualify.Dining — Restaurants and food options near your gate, filterable by dietary preferences you've set in your profile. Walking time estimates included.Disruption handling — When things go wrong, TCC surfaces rebooking options, airline support contacts, and your passenger rights. Delays and cancellations trigger automatic alerts.Destination context — Weather, local tips, visa requirements, and attractions for your arrival city. Useful during the flight or while waiting at the gate.

How It Fits Together

TCC is organized into six tabs — Flight, Navigate, Lounge, Dining, Disruption, and Destination. Each tab is context-aware: it knows your gate, your airline, your loyalty status, and your dietary preferences. The information isn't generic. It's built for your specific trip.

• TCC is available on all plans; some features (rebooking, connection intelligence) require Navigator or above
• Works on web and mobile (PWA)
