Share your loyalty portfolio with household members so everyone benefits from pooled miles, status, and upgrade opportunities.

Overview

Family & Groups lets you link MileIntel accounts into a household. Once linked, you can see combined loyalty balances, share upgrade intelligence, and coordinate travel across family members — all from your own Dashboard.

Why It Matters

Most families have miles scattered across individual accounts. Dad has 80,000 United miles. Mom has 50,000 Delta SkyMiles. The kids have Southwest points from family trips. Separately, none of those balances might be enough for a premium redemption. Together, you have options.

MileIntel's family view aggregates balances across members so the Best Path engine can recommend moves that use the household's full portfolio.

What You Can Do

  • See combined balances. Your Wallet shows a "Household" tab with pooled totals across all members.
  • Share findings. When MileIntel spots an upgrade opportunity or price drop, it can notify the relevant family member — or all of you.
  • Coordinate trips. Family trips show up on every member's Dashboard, so everyone sees the same flight status and TCC info.
  • Respect privacy. Each member controls what they share. You can hide specific programs or trips from the family view.

Plan Requirements

Family & Groups requires Executive tier ($24/mo) or above. The group owner must be on an eligible plan. Members can be on any plan, including Traveler (free).

Tips

  1. Start by adding your travel partner. Even a two-person household unlocks powerful portfolio optimization that solo accounts can't match.
