AI Artifacts
Rich interactive cards the Concierge generates — flight comparisons, wallet summaries, offer breakdowns, and more.
Overview
When the Concierge answers your questions, it doesn't just give you a wall of text. It generates artifacts — structured, interactive cards that present complex information in a way that's easy to read and act on.
Types of Artifacts
- Flight Comparison Cards — Side-by-side breakdowns of flight options showing price, miles cost, value score, cabin product, and routing. Great for "Which flight should I book?" questions.
- Wallet Summary Cards — A snapshot of your loyalty portfolio with balances, values, and expiration status. Appears when you ask about your overall points position.
- Offer Analysis Cards — Detailed breakdowns of specific deals or offers, including the math on whether they're worth it. Shows up when you ask "Is this deal good?"
- Transfer Path Cards — Visual diagrams showing how to move points from transferable programs to airline/hotel partners, with transfer ratios and time estimates.
- Status Tracker Cards — Your elite status progress visualized with qualifying metrics, projected dates, and what you need to do next.
How It Works
Artifacts are generated automatically when the Concierge determines that structured data would be more useful than plain text. You don't need to request them — they appear inline in the chat when relevant.
Each artifact is interactive. You can tap to expand details, compare options, or take action directly (like starting a booking or deploying an agent to monitor a route).
Key Details
- Artifacts pull real-time data from your Wallet and MileIntel's pricing database. The numbers are current, not cached.
- You can save artifacts for later reference by tapping the bookmark icon.
- Artifacts render on both web and mobile, with responsive layouts for smaller screens.
Tips
- Ask comparison questions to trigger the most useful artifacts: "Compare booking JFK-NRT with United miles vs. ANA miles vs. cash."
- Saved artifacts update their data when you revisit them, so bookmarked comparisons stay current.
