The Desk is where MileIntel's intelligence lives. Think of it as your personal travel operations center — a place to ask questions, deploy automated agents, and review everything they discover on your behalf.

What's Inside

The Desk has four main areas:

  1. Concierge Chat — A conversational AI that knows your wallet, your trips, and the loyalty landscape. Ask it anything from "Should I transfer points to Hyatt?" to "What's the best use of my 120k United miles?"
  2. Agent Deployments — Set up autonomous agents that monitor routes, track prices, and watch for opportunities 24/7. They work while you sleep.
  3. Findings Feed — A stream of everything your agents have discovered: deals, alerts, price drops, and recommendations. Each finding includes context and a clear action you can take.
  4. Activity Feed — A chronological log of all agent actions, system events, and status changes.

How It Works

The Desk ties together your Wallet data, search history, and trip plans to deliver personalized intelligence. When you ask the concierge a question, it has full context on your loyalty balances, elite status, and travel patterns. When agents find something, they evaluate it against your specific situation before surfacing it.

Key Details

  • The Desk is available on all plans. Free-tier users get limited concierge queries and basic agent deployments. Paid plans unlock more agents, higher query limits, and priority processing.
  • All AI interactions are tracked against your token budget.
