Overview

The Calendar page gives you a timeline view of your travel life. It combines trips from MileIntel with events from your connected Google Calendar, so you can see flights, hotel stays, and meetings in one place.

What You'll See

• Month/Week/Day views. Toggle between views using the controls at the top. Month view is best for planning; day view is best when you're actively traveling.
• Trip events. Flights, layovers, and hotel stays from your MileIntel trips appear as colored blocks. Click any event to open the trip detail.
• Calendar events. Meetings and personal events from your synced Google Calendar appear alongside trip events, so you can see scheduling conflicts at a glance.
• Sync status indicator. A small badge in the top-right shows when your calendar last synced. Green means current; yellow means the last sync was more than an hour ago.

How It Works

MileIntel reads your Google Calendar events (read-only unless you enable write-back) and cross-references them with your trips. Travel-related events are highlighted and linked to their corresponding trips. Non-travel events appear in a lighter style.

Tips

1. Use the Calendar to spot gaps between trips — those are your best windows for booking mileage runs or using expiring certificates.
2. The week view is ideal for business travelers juggling meetings and flights on the same day.
