Downgrade Your Plan

What happens when you downgrade — which features you lose, what data you keep, and how billing adjusts.

Overview

You can downgrade your MileIntel plan at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select a lower tier.
  4. Review the summary showing what you'll lose access to.
  5. Click Confirm Downgrade.

What You Keep

  • All your data. Trips, wallet balances, alert history, expense records, and AI findings are never deleted on downgrade.
  • Access until period ends. If you downgrade on day 10 of a monthly cycle, you keep your current plan features for the remaining 20 days.
  • Read access to historical data. Past trip analyses and Best Path recommendations remain viewable even on the free tier.

What Changes

  • Loyalty program limits. If you have 15 programs connected and downgrade to Navigator (10 max), your programs stay connected but only the 10 most recently synced remain active. Others pause until you upgrade again.
  • Sync frequency slows. Daily sync reverts to weekly or monthly depending on your new tier.
  • Family group. If you drop below Executive, your family group is paused — members can still access their individual accounts but the shared wallet and group features freeze.
  • Best Path. Drops from Full to Basic (Navigator) or unavailable (Traveler).

Tips

  1. Before downgrading, export any data you want to keep in full detail — some report features are plan-gated.
