Step-by-step guide to upgrading your MileIntel tier — pick a plan, confirm billing, and unlock features instantly.
Overview
Upgrading unlocks more loyalty programs, faster syncs, deeper AI analysis, and premium features. The switch is instant — no waiting period, no data loss.
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your new tier (Navigator, Executive, or Black).
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Enter your payment method (credit card or debit card via Stripe).
- Click Confirm Upgrade.
Your new features are available immediately after confirmation.
What Happens When You Upgrade
- Prorated billing. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period. If you're 15 days into a monthly cycle and upgrade, you pay half the price difference.
- Features unlock instantly. Additional loyalty program slots, Best Path access, daily sync, family groups — everything activates the moment your payment processes.
- Existing data stays. Your trips, wallet, alerts, and settings carry forward. Nothing is lost or reset.
- Sync frequency changes. If you upgrade from monthly to daily sync, your next sync triggers within minutes.
Key Details
- You can upgrade at any time — mid-billing-cycle, mid-trial, whenever you need more.
- If you're on a 14-day trial, upgrading before the trial ends means you start paying from the upgrade date.
- Payment is processed through Stripe. MileIntel never sees or stores your full card number.
Tips
- Upgrading right before a big trip is a smart move — the TCC, Best Path, and daily sync are most valuable when you're actively traveling.
