How to cancel your MileIntel paid plan — what access you keep on the free Traveler tier and when cancellation takes effect.
Overview
You can cancel your MileIntel subscription at any time. Cancellation reverts your account to the free Traveler tier at the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Optionally tell us why (this helps us improve — it's not required).
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
You'll receive a confirmation email. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What You Keep on Traveler (Free)
- Your account and all historical data (trips, wallet, findings, expenses).
- Up to 3 active loyalty programs.
- Monthly sync frequency.
- 1 trip analysis per month.
- Read access to all past reports and AI recommendations.
What You Lose
- Best Path engine access.
- Daily or weekly sync.
- Credit card optimizer, price drop alerts, and other premium features.
- Family group features (your group pauses but isn't deleted).
- Priority support.
Key Details
- No penalty for canceling. There's no cancellation fee on any plan.
- Annual plans are prorated. If you cancel 6 months into an annual plan, the unused portion is refunded.
- Reactivating is instant — upgrade again anytime and your data, programs, and settings are exactly where you left them.
Tips
- If cost is the issue, consider downgrading to Navigator ($12/mo) instead of canceling entirely. You keep most features at a fraction of the price.
