Sign In with Google
MileIntel uses Google OAuth for authentication — one tap to sign in, no password to manage. Here's what permissions are requested.
Overview
MileIntel uses Google Sign-In for authentication. No separate username or password — you sign in with the same Google account you use for Gmail and Calendar. This keeps things simple and secure.
How to Sign In
- Go to mileintel.com and click Sign in with Google.
- Choose your Google account (or enter your Google email if not already signed in to Chrome).
- Review the permissions and click Allow.
- You're in. MileIntel loads your Dashboard.
If this is your first time, MileIntel creates your account automatically. No registration form — your name and email are pulled from your Google profile.
Permissions Requested
- Email address and profile info — your name, email, and profile photo for account identification.
- Gmail (read-only) — optional, for auto-detecting travel bookings. You can skip this during sign-in and connect later.
- Google Calendar (read/write) — optional, for syncing travel events. Write access is only used if you enable calendar write-back.
You can revoke any permission at any time from Google Account > Security > Third-party apps.
Key Details
- MileIntel never sees your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's OAuth servers.
- Sessions last 30 days by default. After that, you'll need to sign in again.
- You can use any Google account — personal Gmail, Google Workspace, or university accounts.
Tips
- Use the same Google account across web, mobile, and extension. Signing in with different accounts creates separate MileIntel accounts.
