Export Your Data

Download your trips, wallet balances, expense records, and AI findings in JSON or CSV format — your data, your way.

Overview

MileIntel lets you export your data at any time. Whether you want a backup, need records for tax purposes, or are moving to another platform, everything you've put into MileIntel comes out.

How to Export

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Data Export.
  2. Choose what to export:

- Trips — all trips with flight details, dates, and status.

- Wallet — loyalty program balances and membership details.

- Expenses — trip expenses with categories, amounts, and point earnings.

- Findings — AI recommendations and Best Path analyses.

- Everything — all of the above in one archive.

  1. Choose format: JSON (structured, best for developers) or CSV (spreadsheet-friendly).
  2. Click Export.
  3. A download link appears when the export is ready (usually within a few seconds).

What's Included

Each export type contains:

  • Trips: trip name, origin, destination, dates, cabin class, flights (airline, number, times, terminals), status, and intent classification.
  • Wallet: program name, balance, membership tier, last sync date, and estimated value.
  • Expenses: date, category, amount, currency, trip association, and points earned.
  • Findings: finding type, summary, recommendation, date, and associated trip/route.

Key Details

  • Exports contain your data only. No other user data is included.
  • The export is a point-in-time snapshot. Run a new export to capture recent changes.
  • Large accounts (hundreds of trips) may take 10-15 seconds to generate.
  • Export is available on all plans, including the free Traveler tier.

Tips

  1. Run a full export quarterly as a personal backup. If you ever delete your account, you'll have a local copy of everything.
