Search flights, trips, and help articles from your phone — optimized for touch with large tap targets and quick filters.
Overview
MileIntel's mobile search is designed for the way you actually use your phone — quick taps, minimal typing, and results that load fast on cellular connections.
Accessing Search
Tap the Search icon in the bottom tab bar (via the More menu) or use the search field at the top of the Dashboard. Both open the same search experience.
Flight Search on Mobile
The mobile flight search form is streamlined:
- Tap From and type an airport code or city name. Suggestions appear after 2 characters.
- Tap To for your destination.
- Tap the date field to open a mobile-optimized calendar picker. Swipe between months.
- Select cabin class from the dropdown.
- Tap Search.
Results load in a scrollable list with fare prices, point values (if you have the extension or wallet connected), and Best Path badges on applicable flights.
Global Search on Mobile
The top search bar searches across trips, loyalty programs, help articles, and settings — same as desktop but with larger touch targets. Recent searches appear below the field for quick re-access.
Key Details
- Search results are paginated for mobile. Scroll to the bottom and tap Load More rather than loading hundreds of results at once.
- Filters (airline, stops, time of day) are accessible via a filter icon — they slide up as a bottom sheet.
- Search works offline for trips and help articles (cached). Flight search requires a connection.
Tips
- Save frequent routes (like your weekly commute) as favorites. They appear at the top of search for one-tap access.
