Team View

See all your deployed agents at once — status, recent findings, and quick actions in a single overview.

Overview

Team View shows all your deployed agents on a single screen. Instead of checking each workstation individually, you get a bird's-eye view of everything running on your behalf — what's active, what's found something, and what needs attention.

How It Works

  1. Go to The Desk > Agents > Team View (or tap the grid icon at the top of the agents list).
  2. Each agent appears as a compact card showing:

- Name & Route — What the agent is watching.

- Status Indicator — Green (active), yellow (paused), red (errored).

- Last Run — When it last executed and whether it found anything.

- Recent Finding — The most recent discovery, if any. Tap to see the full finding.

- Next Run — When the agent will execute next.

  1. Cards are sorted by status (errored first, then active with findings, then active/idle, then paused).

Key Details

  • Quick actions are available directly from Team View: pause, resume, or delete an agent without opening its workstation.
  • The finding count badge on each card shows unread findings. Tap to jump to that agent's findings.
  • Team View updates in real time. When an agent completes a run or creates a finding, the card refreshes automatically.
  • Total token usage across all agents is displayed at the top, alongside your remaining monthly budget.

Tips

  • Use Team View as your daily check-in dashboard. A quick scan tells you if anything needs your attention.
  • If multiple agents are in red/errored status, it usually indicates a systemic issue (like a network problem) rather than individual agent misconfiguration.
  • Sort by "Last Finding" to see which agents are producing the most value. Agents that haven't generated findings in weeks might need reconfigured or retired.
  • Keep your agent count manageable. Five well-configured agents produce better results than twenty generic ones competing for your token budget.
