Agent Workstations
View each agent's activity, status, and configuration — your control panel for deployed agents.
Overview
Each deployed agent gets its own workstation — a dedicated view showing what it's doing, what it's found, and how it's configured. It's your control panel for managing individual agents.
How It Works
- Go to The Desk > Agents and tap any deployed agent to open its workstation.
- The workstation shows four sections:
- Status — Is the agent active, paused, or errored? When did it last run? When's the next scheduled run?
- Findings — All discoveries from this specific agent, filtered from the global findings feed.
- Configuration — The agent's current parameters: route, thresholds, cabin class, date range, notification preferences.
- Run History — A log of every time the agent executed, what it analyzed, and what (if anything) it found.
Key Details
- Pause/Resume — Temporarily stop an agent without losing its configuration or history. Useful when you've booked a trip and don't need monitoring anymore.
- Edit Configuration — Change any parameter (route, thresholds, cabin class) and the agent picks up the new settings on its next run.
- Delete — Permanently remove the agent and its history. This action can't be undone.
- Token Usage — Each workstation shows how many tokens this agent has consumed from your monthly budget. Helpful for identifying expensive agents.
Tips
- Check the run history if an agent seems quiet. A "No findings" run is normal — it means conditions haven't changed. But if you see errors, the agent may need reconfiguration.
- Pause agents for routes you've already booked rather than deleting them. When your next trip on that route comes up, just resume.
- If an agent's token usage seems high relative to its findings, consider widening the run interval or narrowing the search parameters.
- Use the Team View to see all your agents side by side instead of checking workstations individually.
