Edit or Remove a Program
Update balances, rename programs, or disconnect accounts you no longer need.
Overview
Loyalty balances change constantly — you earn from flights, credit card spend, and promotions, and you burn on redemptions. Keeping your Wallet accurate means better recommendations from MileIntel. Here's how to edit or remove programs.
Editing a Program
- Open the Wallet and find the asset card for the program you want to update.
- Tap the three-dot menu (top right of the card) and select Edit.
- You can change:
- Balance — Update your current point/mile count.
- Display Name — Rename it (useful if you have multiple accounts in the same program).
- Member Number — Add or update for Gmail sync matching.
- Expiration Date — Set a known expiration if the program has activity-based expiry.
- Tap Save. Your portfolio value recalculates instantly.
Removing a Program
- Open the asset card's three-dot menu and select Remove.
- Confirm the removal. This deletes the program from your Wallet and removes its balance from your portfolio total.
Key Details
- Removing a program doesn't delete historical data — if you reconnect later, your earning history is preserved.
- If Gmail sync is active for a program, editing the balance manually will be overwritten on the next sync. Pause sync first if you want to maintain a manual balance.
- Bulk edits aren't available yet. Update programs one at a time.
Tips
- After a big redemption, update your balance immediately so your portfolio value stays accurate.
- Use display names like "Personal Delta" and "Business Delta" if you track multiple accounts in the same program.
