Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar is your control panel — jump between Dashboard, Desk, Trips, Calendar, Wallet, Search, Alerts, Offers, and Settings.
Overview
The sidebar runs down the left side of every page. It's your primary way to move between sections of MileIntel on desktop.
Sections
From top to bottom, the sidebar contains:
- Dashboard — Your home screen with globe, trip cards, and stats.
- Desk — AI assistant for upgrade advice, route analysis, and trip planning.
- Trips — Full list of all your trips, past and upcoming.
- Calendar — Synced calendar view with travel events highlighted.
- Wallet — Loyalty program balances, miles, points, and certificates.
- Cards — Credit card optimizer and card management.
- Search — Flight search with fare comparison and award pricing.
- Alerts — Active notifications for price drops, gate changes, and expirations.
- Offers — Targeted deals and promotions from your programs.
- Settings — Profile, preferences, connected accounts, and billing.
Behavior
The sidebar highlights the section you're currently viewing. On narrower browser windows, it collapses to icons only — hover to see labels. You can also collapse it manually by clicking the toggle at the bottom.
Tips
- The theme toggle (dark/light mode) lives at the very bottom of the sidebar, just above the collapse button.
- If you're a developer, a Wrench icon appears above the theme toggle for dev tools access.
