Boston, Buffalo, Latrobe and Santo Domingo join Breeze's map. On many routes, the operating days may matter more than the launch fare.

Breeze Airways' newest batch of routes is mostly a Myrtle Beach story. For many travelers, the schedule may decide a booking more than the fare. Boston–Myrtle Beach is scheduled daily, but many of the other new nonstops are listed at only two flights a week. Breeze's operating days will largely determine whether a trip works.

What Breeze announced

Breeze announced 16 new nonstop routes and four new cities, according to The Points Guy and Simple Flying. The new cities are:

  • Boston Logan (BOS)
  • Buffalo Niagara (BUF)
  • Arnold Palmer Regional in Latrobe, Pennsylvania (LBE)
  • Las Américas in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (SDQ)

The new flying begins in 2027. TPG gives these start dates:

  • Latrobe: February
  • Boston: May 4
  • Santo Domingo: June
  • Buffalo: late June
Simple Flying notes that Latrobe has had no scheduled passenger service since Spirit Airlines' exit.

The flights use Breeze's Airbus A220-300s, which have Wi-Fi and Breeze's "Ascent" first-class seating, TPG reports. Simple Flying describes the aircraft as having 137 seats.

Myrtle Beach gets most of it

Apart from routes serving the new cities, the additions are largely based at Myrtle Beach International (MYR), per TPG. Breeze said it will be the largest airline at MYR by both destinations and seats by the end of 2027. Simple Flying reports that, as of Oct. 15, 2026, Breeze plans to fly to MYR from 24 U.S. airports next year. Those plans are subject to change.

On some routes, such as Boston, New Haven, Albany, Syracuse, Stewart and Columbus, Simple Flying lists another airline already competing head-to-head. That gives you a second schedule to compare. Burlington–Myrtle Beach is a brand-new market.

Our inference: A twice-weekly route fixes the days you can leave and return. For example, TPG lists Latrobe–Myrtle Beach for Mondays and Fridays from Feb.
  1. If those days don't fit, a competing nonstop (where one exists) or a connection may be the realistic alternative, even if Breeze's fare is lower.

Buffalo, Raleigh-Durham and Nassau

  • Buffalo–Raleigh-Durham starts June 29. It runs four times weekly: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Simple Flying notes Frontier will end its flights on this route in November 2026.
  • Buffalo–Myrtle Beach starts July 1, on Thursdays and Sundays.
  • Buffalo–Charleston is a new market. Simple Flying cites U.S. Department of Transportation data showing Buffalo has never had scheduled flights to Charleston.
  • Raleigh-Durham–Nassau starts June 30, twice weekly. Simple Flying says regular flights on the route last existed in 2004, when American operated them.

Tampa–Santo Domingo

Simple Flying reports:
  • Frontier's last departure on the route is set for January 2027, which will leave Breeze alone on it.
  • DOT data put Frontier's average load factor (the share of seats filled) at 65.8% between May 2023 and June 2026.
  • Santo Domingo becomes Breeze's sixth international destination.
  • In its analysis, the route will be driven by the Dominican diaspora rather than outbound tourism.

Launch fares were dated offers

At the announcement, TPG reported introductory one-way fares ranging from $49 (Buffalo–Raleigh-Durham) to $149 (Santo Domingo–Tampa). Those fares were available only on certain dates. Treat them as October 2026 launch pricing, not a current offer. We have not checked availability.

BreezeThru isn't nonstop

Breeze also added "BreezeThru" itineraries, which make one stop but keep you on the same plane. Account for that stop when comparing against a true nonstop.
